Designed by Stantec, 1111 Brickell Bay Drive is a two-tower residential/hospitality/retail project. The first tower is a renovation of the existing 32-story Yacht Club tower that has the option to be either hotel or apartment units. The second is a new 61-story tower with 572 apartments. Retail spaces front both Brickell Bay Drive and Biscayne Bay. My responsibilities included modeling in Revit, during schematic design, site elements such as exterior stairs, landscaped areas, ramps, fire stairs, the pool deck area, parking garage area, amenity spaces and interior partitions. In addition, I aided in the design of a number of studio apartment units.
